The complete directions consist of 32 pages of everything I know about the shocks and installation with over 60 pictures. It covers how to change the shocks themselves as well as how to run the air lines and where to install the pump. I show how the fittings on the shocks go together. I show how to bring lines into the cabin and where to mount the control head. I have a section on how I troubleshoot the system.
The first thing I did was to wash the underside of the truck and rinse out the lower arms by shoving a hose into the open spaces and washing out all the mud and dirt. Rinsing the A-arms out will make removing the bracket bolts easier because you hopefully won't have as much dirt get caught in the threads. You don't have to remove the tire or wheel but it makes it easier to get to. It also offers a good opportunity to check the oil in your geared hubs and rotate the tires.
These shock installation instructions are complete with pictures of each part, pictures of each step and tips and tricks on how to install the shocks on the truck. There is a section on how to hookup and wire the remote 3 different ways.
