GT Inc. warrants the listed products for the listed time period and/or mileage to the original retail purchaser against defect and wear-out when used on Hummers under normal operating conditions. The warranty does not apply to GT products that have been improperly applied or installed. The consumer will be responsible for removing from the vehicle and returning any defective item(s), transportation cost prepaid, to the dealer from which it was purchased or a GT Authorized Installer, and for reinstallation of the part upon return. A copy of the sales receipt is required for all warranty adjustments. GT Inc will, without charge, repair or replace at its option, defective products or component part(s). All returns require prior authorization and must be clearly marked with return authorization number when returned.

GT HUMMER WHEELS

Limited lifetime warranty on these Cepek /GT Inc. wheels, GT Inc. warrants each new wheel against factory defects in material and workmanship (except for finish) for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the vehicle on which the wheels were originally installed.

GT HUMMER SHOCKS

Limited lifetime warranty on these Cepek /GT Inc. shock absorbers, GT Inc. warrants each new shock against factory defects in material and workmanship (except for finish, including the shock boot) for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the vehicle on which the units were originally installed.

ELECTRONIC REMOTE CONTROL FOR HUMMER LIMITED 2 YEARS, 24,000 MILE WARRANTY

Limited 2 years, 24,000 mile warranty on these GT products, GT Inc. warrants each new ERC Remote Control System against factory defects in material and workmanship (except for finish) for the first to occur of 2 years or 24,000 miles after the date of purchase.

Excluded from this warranty are the following: sales outside of the United States; abuse; the finish, any condition(s) caused by abnormal use or service; and product specific limitations, if any, listed below

THE LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF TIME INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE NOT COVERED, GT INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE DESIGN OF ANY PRODUCT WITHOUT ASSUMING ANY OBLIGATION TO MODIFY ANY PRODUCT PREVIOUSLY MANUFACTURED.

Every effort has been made to avoid printing errors in our catalog. However, if there are any specification or application errors, we must disclaim responsibility.

Returns:

The market for he items we sell especially H1 parts is very small, consequently almost everything we sell is custom and / or specially made up. We will only take returns on defective merchandise for exchange and / or repair at our discression. In the event that we do issue a credit we will charge a 20% restocking fee.

The customer will pay the return freight and we will pay standard ground freight to send the item back.

All returns require prior authorization and must be clearly marked with return authorization number when returned.

All returns must arrive in saleable condition with original packaging intact.
