Divide and Conquer
The Torsen Differential does more than allow one wheel to poll free around comers, it delivers power to each wheel as needed. It divides the two functions of a differential - traction and differentiation - to conquer the wheeled vehicle's most persistent problem.  The Torsen Differential simultaneously provides each powered wheel with the RPM difference needed to compensate for turning radius or terrain variation and the torque required for traction. And it does it under all road surface conditions. The Torsen is the only differential that delivers it all, full time traction and perfect differentiation.
